Technostress With all this ever changing technology, it can create stress in a persons life. Some tips to combat technostress: * Dont allow texting or twittering to consume your day. Limit off time from these activities. * Have a set amount of time to send and answer emails. When your time expires end the session. * Limit your time on the internet. Know what your needs are. Investigate or search only for what you need. Dont allow yourself to surf. * Buy the technology you need and can use effectively. * Take a break from technology.
