Spirituality & Religion: 1) People who attend religious services once a week or more lived longer than individuals who did not. (avg. of 7 years longer) 2) People who attended their place of worship weekly and prayed or studied the Bible at least daily had consistently lower blood pressure and recovered from depression more quickly than those not attending. *Religious services seem to provide a stronger social network, improve self esteem, and provide better coping skills. Time management: A major contributor for stress is the pressure associated with time constraints. Procrastination can lead to stress and undermine academic work, personal relationships, and work efforts. Good time management, including appropriate prioritizing, scheduling, and completing personal responsibilities can contribute to feelings of personal satisfaction.
