Hate crimes are crimes directed at people or groups based off the perpetrators hatred of the victim including region, race, ethnicity, or sexual orientation. Recreational injuries and conditions: Blisters-wear shoes and gloves that fit. Avoid breaking them. Keep area clean. Contusions/bruises: wear protective equipment-RICE Sprains-Warm up prior to activity and strengthen your muscles-RICE Muscle Cramps-Condition and strengthen muscles-stretch Nosebleeds-protect face, moisten nose linings in high altitude or dry air-pinch and apply ice.
